"The Children's Hospital"
I have been here for a half and month to take care of my sister's twins who came to visit the world early at 7 month.
One of a kind hospital hospital of entire vadodara city. It is the hospital where you can find everything under one roof. Dr. Mukesh Nagar and his team is very good and kind natured. Nursing staff is very co-operative and prompt. Services they offered are excellent but little bit costly. No matter when it is a question of life or death. General rooms are cozy but good enough with silent and cleanness. Visiting Dr. Are best of Vadodara City. I really pleased an thankful to the hospital for helping in survival of our critical conditioned twins.

TCH had been like a home to us during our tenure there with the baby. The nurses were very helpful, unforgetfully checking baby vitals every now and then. The cleaning staff was also very neat.
The doctors, especially Dr. Mukesh Nagar patiently hears you out during his daily visits and gives the perfect advice as required.
The admin staff, including Ms. Bhavika took extra care to ensure we had a comfortable time at the hospital. She also helped us during our room hunting and mediclaim process.
Thanks to the wonderful team at tch for the time.

How to Choose a Pediatrician for Your Child

As a parent, choosing the right pediatrician for your child can be a daunting task. After all, the pediatrician will be your go-to person for all health-related issues concerning your child from birth to adolescence.

It is important to find a pediatrician who can provide the best care possible for your child and also make your job as a parent easier by communicating well with you. Here are a few tips to help you choose a pediatrician for your child.

1. Research several pediatricians in your area

Start by asking friends and family for recommendations. You can also look up online reviews and ratings for pediatricians in your area.

2. Look for board certification

Make sure the pediatrician you choose is board-certified and has a valid license to practice in your state. Also, ensure that the pediatrician has a good reputation and is affiliated with reputable hospitals or medical facilities.

3. Consider availability and accessibility

Choose a pediatrician who has office hours that work for you and is easily accessible by phone or email. Also, consider the location of the pediatrician's office - you want it to be relatively close to your home in case of emergencies.

4. Check communication style and personality

It is important to choose a pediatrician who is friendly, empathetic, and makes you feel comfortable. You want someone who communicates well with both you and your child and who you can trust.

5. Ask questions

When meeting with a potential pediatrician, don't be afraid to ask questions. Find out what their philosophy on parenting is, how they manage sick visits, and what their views are on vaccination. This will help you get a better understanding of their approach to pediatric care and whether it aligns with your values.

Conclusion

Choosing a pediatrician for your child can be a tedious task. However, with proper research and careful consideration, you can find a pediatrician who meets your needs and provides quality care to your child. Remember to take your time and trust your instincts when making this crucial decision.

How to prepare ur child for Cold and Flu Season?

As we move closer to winter, cold and flu season is on the horizon. As a parent, it's crucial to prepare your child for these illnesses. Here are five ways to do so:

1. Encourage Hand Hygiene - One of the best ways to prevent the spread of cold and flu germs is by washing your hands regularly. Teach your child to wash their hands for at least 20 seconds with soap and water, especially after sneezing or coughing, before eating, and after using the restroom. You can also carry a small bottle of hand sanitizer with you when soap and water aren't readily available.

2. Make Sure Your Child Gets Enough Sleep - Sleep is essential for keeping the immune system strong. It's recommended that school-aged children get 9-11 hours of sleep each night. Establishing a consistent bedtime routine and ensuring that your child's bedroom is quiet and comfortable can help them get the sleep they need.

3. Provide a Balanced Diet - A diet rich in nutrients, especially vitamin C and zinc, can help to boost your child's immune system. Encourage your child to eat lots of fruits and vegetables, lean protein, and whole grains. Avoid sugary and processed foods, which can weaken the immune system.

4. Keep Your Child Active - Exercise can help to improve your child's immune system by increasing the circulation of white blood cells. Encourage your child to get at least 60 minutes of physical activity each day. This can include activities such as playing outside, riding a bike, or participating in organized sports.

5. Teach Your Child to Cover Their Mouth and Nose - Coughing and sneezing are common ways that germs are spread. Teach your child to cover their mouth and nose with a tissue or the crook of their elbow when they cough or sneeze. This can help to prevent the spread of germs to others.

By following these five tips, you can help to prepare your child for cold and flu season. While it's not always possible to avoid getting sick, these habits can go a long way in reducing the likelihood of your child contracting an illness.

The importance of Immunization

Immunization or vaccination is the process of giving a person a vaccine in order to protect them against diseases. It is important to immunize children as early as possible, as vaccines are the only way to protect against serious illnesses that can cause severe complications and even death.

The benefits of immunization are numerous. It protects children, reduces the spread of disease, and can even eliminate certain diseases altogether. Immunization is especially important for children, as their immune systems are not as strong as adults, making them more vulnerable to diseases.

Immunizations are recommended for all children, regardless of their health status. They are safe and effective, with minimal side effects. Immunizations are also highly cost-effective, with an estimated return of $16 for every $1 spent on vaccine development.

Immunizing children is particularly important in developing countries where access to healthcare is limited. Many children in these regions die from preventable diseases such as measles, polio, and pneumonia.

As a parent, it is your responsibility to ensure your child is up-to-date with all the recommended vaccines. This will not only protect your child but also those around them, including the elderly, pregnant women, and those with weakened immune systems.

Immunization is a crucial component of public health. It has contributed greatly to the eradication of diseases such as smallpox, and is on the verge of eliminating others such as polio. It is the best protection against infectious diseases, and should be a priority for all parents.

In conclusion, immunization is essential in protecting children from diseases that can have serious and even fatal consequences. It is a safe and cost-effective way of safeguarding children and communities against preventable illnesses. As parents, we have a responsibility to ensure our children are immunized as recommended by healthcare professionals. Protect your child and those around you by getting them vaccinated.
